Truly unique and destinctive 1959 LambrettaTS1 225, 5 speed engine. Many one-off parts. Originally featured in Scootering magazine June 2004. Registered as a 225. Original UK registered scooter. Full lithium battery powered 12v electrics, running twin horns, fuel gauge, EGT, Rev Counter, H7 headlight, Lucas spot light, USB charger, Tom Tom sat nav and battery power indicator. All relays and fuses easily located in original butty box. Engine, TS1 225 with transfers in the bore matched, exhaust port enlarged, boost port cleaned up, reworked squish and compression ratio, for optimum fuelling to control combustion temps, rather than maximum power. Dellorto 34mm carb. Protti exhaust Casa, 5 speed gearbox, axle, chain tensioner, ignition, Cooler kit. AF race clutch, Chiselspeed easy clutch kit. A small child could pull the clutch in. Clutch cable relocated on block for straight running of cable. Al Diablo long range tank, hydraulic seat lifter. AF front semi-hydraulic disc brake, with Endurance racing type quick release hydraulic connector. To enable quick removal of front hub for wheel changing. One off screen. Handlebar choke lever. Proline rear shock. Buyer can choose this shock or a new unused PM fully adjustable, with high and low speed damping adjustment. Original custom 1960's handlebar grips.

Comes with original copy of Scootering and Isle of Wight run patch.

The scooter was built in its final guise for mainly doing the Euro Lambretta runs. It's been to France, Belgium, Spain, Italy and Poland. It hasn't been used much in the last few years due to illness and covid. Everything works as it should. Since the new electric system was completed around eight years ago, it hasn't even blown a fuse. Never needs more than two or three kicks to start.

As it has been used, it does have scratches, chips and marks. But these do not detract from what is a stunning, easy to use scooter.

Please no timewasters, or companies offering to sell it. No test rides without proof of insurance and full amount left as deposit in a signed agreement. Before it even leaves the garage.
