This is new old stock ULO Germany Mercedes S123 original manufacturer in the box. New and never mounted. Very minor wear on lens from box. Wear to box from age and storage.

Last photo for reference is of a e2 code Mercedes Benz taillight which is identical aside from the star logo and part number(all euro models have this number on the lens and body, but are sold in euro part numbered boxes. Second to last photo is both ULO and ULO-Mercedes parts side by side showing the Mercedes part number melted off and sold in ULO packaging.

This is the euro version without side reflector.

The rear shows one part number but the official designation is the part number in the title. Aside from the reflector they are identical to the US units and are interchangeable.
