Up for auction is this incredibly RARE Pennsylvania state Election Code book from then State Representative Budd Dwyer.  This dates from 1960 so is one of the earliest and most desirable collectibles associated with Budd.  These were sent to people in his district requesting a copy of the election code.  All of the EARLY Dwyer political collectibles are EXTREMELY RARE!!!
