This comic book is in VG/FN condition. Structurally very nice. If not for the moderate creases at the top right edge of the front cover, this book would be around FN/VF. But they're there, so VG/FN. Spine is pretty darn flat, which is great for these old square bound covers. No other creasing. The back cover is super nice. The pages are all very supple and super tight. Nice copy of this hard to find issue.
