Instructions for use:

1. Place the noodle press next to the table or the edge of the dough, secure it with a clip, add flour and water (5:2), and add some salt and alkali to the water. If making egg noodles, put the eggs into the noodles and mix them together in a basin.

2. Cut the mixed dough into pieces (about 10 millimeters), sprinkle some dry flour, put it into a dough roller, and shake it with a handle.

3. Use the dough grade knob in order. Use 1-5 gears to press noodles and 1-6 gears to press Wonton skins.

4. There are thick and thin noodle knives on the machine, which can be freely selected. Rotate the handle clockwise to press the noodles all the way. Irreversibly rotate clockwise to prevent damage to the comb blade.

5. The width of the dough is 155mm. The dough can be folded for Wonton leather.
