Item Grade Criteria;
  • Grade A: Item is in very good condition with little to no scratches.
  • Grade B: Item is in average condition medium to light scratches as well as possible dents/bends/scuffs located on the item.
  • Grade C: Item has had heavy use with heavy scratches as well as one or more dents/bends/scuffs located on the item.

  • For any technical or shipping questions, please feel free to message us. We work Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6PM PST and Saturday from 9AM to 3 PM PST. We are also available on Sunday but by appointment bases only.


Shipping Damages;

  • In the event you receive an item that was not as described, we will be more than happy to work things out and find a suitable outcome. Such a return can only take place within the first 72 hours of the item being delivered to the buyers address. Once the first 72 hours have passed, a return for the full value cannot be facilitated. Please feel free to message us for more information about returns and exchanges.

 

Receiving the Wrong Merchandise;

  • If you received an incorrect item from us, we will be more than happy to take care of the fees associated with the cost of getting the customer the proper item that was ordered.

 

Sales Tax;

  • Due to the fact that we are based in California, all shipments that are directed to California addresses are required by State Law to be charged an additional 9.25% sales tax on top of the sales price.
