Never opened!

Card is in pretty good shape for its age.  Artwork on the front still has a good shine to it.  Top corners show light wear, bottom corners show a bit more.  No tears.  Light horizontal crease can be seen in the middle of the back.  Light wear spot over the picture of Fisto on the back.  Has a sticker over the manufacturer info on the back from when production was moved from Hong Kong to China.
