RETURNS We reserve the right to refuse to exchange or refund items that are not returned within 30 days of delivery. We reserve the right to refuse to refund for item that has been purchased by mistake or if buyer changed his/her mind.

In order to qualify for our refunds policy, all Items must be in a re-saleable condition undamaged, in their original and undamaged packaging, unprimed and complete with all tags attached.

Goods must be returned in the same condition and ensure that are packed properly and protected during delivery. If the item is returned used or damaged, we reserve the right to deduct an amount from the buyer's refund to cover the loss in the item's value.

Goods returned in an unsatisfactory and in not re-saleable condition may be returned.
SHIPPING If the goods are purchased by 15:30 p.m., the goods will be shipped the same day. If it is after 4 p.m., then shipment will take place on the next business day.

After prior arrangement, the goods can be picked up by the buyer from our company's headquarters

Any claim that goods have not been delivered to you by us must be notified by you to us within 7 days of their expected delivery.

The quantity of any consignments recorded by us upon dispatch from our business premises will be conclusive evidence of the goods received by you on delivery unless you can provide conclusive evidence to prove otherwise.
SURCHARGE All units sold (injectors and turbochargers) are sold on exchange basis and subjected to surcharge. That means after your purchase you 'll have to transfer returnable surcharge to our bank account. Once we receive your old unit, we will transfer surcharge back to your account. You must send the old unit back to us within 14 days otherwise surcharge will NOT be refunded, and warranty will be void. We do not cover shipment costs of the old unit.

Old unit must conform to the following specifications:

  • Must be a complete unit (not dismantled).
  • Turbocharger actuator must be in working order.
  • Unit must be free from cracks.
  • Injector solenoid must not be damaged.

    Turbocharger Installation Instructions

    The turbocharger must be fitted to an engine that is in good working order so that the operation of the turbocharger is not prejudiced.

    Proof, in the form of receipts, is required verifying that turbocharger has been replaced by qualified mechanic.

    The engine oil, oil filter and air filter must be changed at the point of turbocharger fitment and after every 7500 miles or if semi-synthetic or mineral oil is used 5500 miles, or once per calendar year, whichever comes first. Only components and materials approved by the vehicle manufacturers must be used.

    Proof, in the form of receipts, is required verifying that routine servicing has been carried out as per recommendations since the turbocharger was fitted. Special emphasis is placed upon oil change intervals, oil filter replacement and engine oil quality. In this respect, Turbo Speed recommends that you use a grade of oil approved and recommended by your vehicle manufacturer, as documented in the handbook.

    Warranty may be denied in the event of either the turbocharger or the engine being modified to increase power output if this modification is prejudicial to the performance of the turbocharger.

    Turbo Speed reserves the right to void warranty if:

  • Primary cause of turbocharger failure has not been eliminated
  • Turbocharger is not correct for the application
  • Turbocharger is not fitted in line with engine manufacturers recommendations
  • Oil is contaminated
  • Oil pressure is incorrect
  • Oil level is incorrect
  • Oil flow was interrupted (inlet or outlet)
  • Oil pump malfunction
  • There is any leak in suction system
  • Silicone was used to seal oil pipes
  • There is incorrect pressure at blow-through in piston system
  • There is too high temperature of exhaust fumes
  • There is any mechanical damage to the turbocharger components
  • There is incorrect pressure in the filter
  • There is any obstruction of the evaporative system


    • Under no circumstances should a vehicle be used if a turbocharger problem is suspected as this could cause further damage to the turbocharger and/or engine.

    Your warranty is only valid if the turbocharger is fitted in line with these instructions. Turbo Speed reserves the right to reject a warranty claim if the turbocharger is starved of oil or lubricated with contaminated oil at any time.

    Injectors Warranty

    Common Rail Pumps and Injectors carry 6 up to 12 months warranty against remanufacturing defects. Warranty is limited to replacement cost only.

    Proof of purchase must be present to verify and validate the warranty. Unit must be present for the test and report. All units are tested to the manufacturer specification using test plan software on recommended test equipment.

    Turbo Speed reserves the right to void warranty if:

    Units returned under warranty will be tested, stripped and inspected with a microscopic camera before any decision will be made.

  • Unit has been installed incorrectly.
  • Unit is physically damaged.
  • Unit is found to be contaminated with additives, dirt, water, or wrong fuel.
  • Car fault has been mis-diagnosed.
  • Unit has been found dismantled, or adjusted in any way.
  • Metal particles from faulty fuel pump are found in injectors.

    • BEFORE FITTING THE TURBOCHARGER

    1. Ensure that any fault that caused the previous turbocharger to fail has been rectified.
    2. To prevent contamination of the replacement turbo, the oil feed pipe & banjo bolts MUST be replaced, irrespective of condition.
    3. Renew the oil filter and engine oil.
    4. Inspect the turbocharger oil drain pipe for kinks or carbon blockage. If in doubt, replace the pipe.
    5. Remove all crankcase breather hoses and filters. Clean or renew the filters & hoses in line with the vehicle manufacturer's recommendations.
    6. Check and clean all inlet and outlet hoses.
    7. Base maintenance warranty is cleaning the oil sump.
    8. Immobilize the engine. Using a clean container to catch the oil, crank the engine over until at least ½ pint (300 ml) of oil is pumped out of the turbo oil feed pipe. This ensures any dirt or carbon particles are flushed out, which otherwise may damage the turbocharger's bearings.
    9. Unscrew the oil sump, and check the flow in the oil strainer if needed to change it.
    10. Replace gaskets.


    FOLLOW THIS PROCEDURE TO INSTALL YOUR NEW TURBO

    1. Ensure cleanliness whilst fitting this turbo. Do NOT remove the oil feed blanking plug until ready. Do not use exhaust sealing paste or silicon.
    2. Connect the oil feed pipe (after completing point 6 above). Do not allow dirt to enter the turbocharger bearing housing.
    3. Before fitting the oil drain pipe, ensure that the blanking plug is removed (where fitted) and crank the engine until engine oil flows out of the turbocharger bearing housing.
    4. Re-fit the oil drain pipe.
    5. Before starting the engine, fill the oil chamber with turbo engine oil, ensuring that the turbine bearing lubrication is maintained during initial start-up.
    6. Check all connections are tight, but do not over-tighten.
    7. Start the engine and check for leaks.
    8. Using a boost gauge, check that the boost pressure is within the manufacturer's specified limits.

    Installation

    Please make sure that the fuel system has been completely reset prior to injector fitting .
  • Before installing new units, make sure that the primary fault is found and repaired.
  • Make sure that the part number on the remanufactured unit is the same as the part number on the removed unit. If the numbers don't match, please check if it isn't a direct replacement. If not sure, please contact Turbo Speed.
  • For any vehicle manufacturer procedures, please refer to vehicle manufacturer specifications.
  • Units can be wet due to the test fluid used. This is not a cause for concern.
  • Please refer to the manufacturer's recommendation when fitting new units. In most cases, it states that all high-pressure pipes, seals, and fittings are replaced as well. That includes the combustion chamber seal, and the injector seat is cleaned to ensure it seals correctly.
