However we have free return policy just in case there is a problem at our fault, it takes time and energy to list plants every week and Cancelling transaction after auction is ended is not appreciated. When you bid on plant, please make sure that bidding price is within your budget and you can commit to your purchase. When you cancel transaction due to your personal reasons, It might affect your future bidding. Thank you for understanding.

Please do not make payment until you are ready to receive them. After you make payment, seller is obligated to send it out within a day. If you want shipping to be delayed for personal reason or weather, please send me a message and do not make a payment. We do not hold shipment more than two weeks. Please find other time if you are on vacation or have nobody to receive plant at home within two weeks.

Shipment includes 2'' Neofinetia pot, sphagnum moss and label for the plant.

of the package will be shipped with tracking number. The package which
was sent by USPS priority mail will be left if nobody is there to
receive it. After USPS
tracking says 'delivered' we can not take any responsibility for
misplaced or lost package. You have an option to 'hold package at post
