Vintage Timex Sprite 1965 Manual Wind Men's Watch (fully restored)
New Crystal
New Leather Strap (Black)

Condition: Movement was fully serviced 3 days ago, cleaned with ultrasonic, newly lubricated, demagnetized, regulated. It runs very strong and is keeping a very good time for a vintage watch. Cosmetically very good.

About Revision: All parts were carefully checked. If necessary, some parts were cleaned by hand. I use the best synthetic watch oils (Moebius, Swiss-made) which are used for other high-end watches. These oils will never leave any residue after long years. The crystal is either hand-polished (Excellent) or replaced (New). The case is cleaned.

This is cracking British Sprite from 1965. The sunburst dial is very vibrant on this one. The red second-hand pops up. It's a very eye-catching watch.

The watch is fully restored and it is ready for long-term usage!

I never make a frankenstein-watch. You have to be very careful since vintage Timex watches have many compatible parts. You will find a lot of Frankenstein Timex watches (Case, back-lid, hands, etc.). Before the revision, I research a lot about a watch with references (old catalogs, documents, community). I restore beautiful Vintage Timex watches only with original parts (The crystal can be aftermarket, if necessary). I try all my best to preserve the original condition of the watch. If something is modified (e.g. mainly lume on hands), I will always clearly describe it.

I described everything honestly. Please study the pictures carefully. Those are part of the description of the item. If you have any questions, please send me a message.

*The pictures posted are extremely magnified, the original item looks much cleaner or nicer with the naked eye.

**Since this is a vintage Timex, I cannot guarantee the performance (mainly accuracy-wise or about regularity) and the continuation of working. But I can say parts were overhauled and properly serviced. It will be absolutely fine for everyday usage. This is not a high-end watch but Timex watchmaking has a long heritage (since the 19th century) and the movement has survived for ca. 50 years. Now, this is newly born!

- I will accept return if the item is different from the description
- Be careful of water on any occasion!!! This is a vintage watch!
