Product Condition:

Like New - Scratch-free disc

Very Good - Looks new but may show very minor wear

Good - Very few surface scratches or dusty

Acceptable - Visible surface scratches

** We test every DVD listed in "Acceptable" or "Good" condition three times prior to listing and another before shipping. If the disc does not pass this QC check, we won't list it. **

Packaging Information: We wrap every DVD in bubble wrap and place it in a cardboard box that sits inside of a poly mailer. Our competitors ship with zero to very little protection. You can trust in us that your item will be safe and packaged professionally!

If you purchase a disc-only DVD, we will put it in a paper sleeve and then inside a cardboard sleeve. It will be protected.

Shipping Policy:  We ship out items the same day as you purchase if it's before 3 PM PST, Monday-Saturday. If you purchase after 3 PM PST or on a Sunday, the items will go out the next morning. We ship via USPS Media Mail, which takes 2-10 days to arrive. 

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING DELAYS DUE TO USPS. IF WE ARE LATE DROPPING YOUR PACKAGE AT USPS, WE'LL NOTIFY YOU IMMEDIATELY. IF YOU SEE YOUR PACKAGE IS STUCK EN ROUTE, THAT IS NOT OUR RESPONSIBILITY BUT WE WILL ASSIST YOU WITH REACHING OUT TO USPS.
