This is an OFFICIAL MAJOR LEAGUE (Manfred) Baseball signed by Baseball Hall of Famer, 7x All Star, 2x NL Saves Leader, member of the Padres and Brewers Halls of Fame and former Marlins, Padres and Brewers pitcher TREVOR HOFFMAN in blue pen.  He added the inscription "HOF" under his name.  The signature rates a 9/10.  The ball itself is lightly toned throughout.  Please look at pictures for further detail.  I am happy to send/post more pictures upon request, if needed.
