Combination shipping: Additional regular size carded Hot Wheels - add $1.50 each to the original shipping charge; Additional oversize carded Hot Wheels or Johnny Lightning or boxed cars or coins - add $2.00 each. Additional loose or baggie cars with or without protecto-packs add 0.75 cents each.
