Very cool vintage lug. Signed JAZ or JAC or JKC or similar. Year 2000.

No chips or cracks on this piece. A couple of smudges on the left eye as pictured. Also one very small imperfection on the right cheek but this appears to be from the firing or glazing of the piece when produced.
