There are multiple releases of the 1992 Moroso Racing FINA #20 Racing Champions Race car replicas.
This one is the RARE edition of only 520 Joe Ruttman 1/24 scale Black Window Banks with the serial number engraved on the car classis 196/520.
NOTE: I don't know if the box itself was switched at some time prior to my purchase. It is the Fina Ford Thunderbird, the quantity made is 2500 which I think all releases have that label, but the serial number on the box is 00086 which differs from the 196 engraved on the chassis.
It looks like Joe only drove this car in 1993 in five Winston Cup Races in the first half of the season.
Item inside is in nice condition--box does show shelf wear, has a trackside dealer's price sticker on it, and a hand-written serial number of the car written on the box.
This item is for the collector pursuing obtaining all variations of these early Racing Champions Hobby only releases that needs one of the 1/520 Fina cars to help round out a collection.
