Case is excellent condition.

Some very light signs of wear to gold plating. 
Inner case marked "USA Keystone Watchcase Guaranteed Cyclone 10 years - 4322582".

Only issues with this timepiece is thta it has no crystal. Other than that it's pretty incredible considering it is nearly 100 years old
