Otto Link Early Babbitt 8 Tenor Saxophone Mouthpiece

Description

This is a superb Early Babbitt original. Vintage ligatures and caps are also included. It has a dark, glossy subtone that a modern Otto Link can never produce, and the Early Babbitt's signature ring is outstanding. The sound is quite close to that of the Florida Link. The size of the 8* engraving on the side of the instrument makes it clear that it is an Early Babbitt, but it is also the best sounding. The gold is still there a little, and although it is about 50 years old, this is the sound of an Otto Link. The vintage ligature is in excellent condition and will surely become a mouthpiece of a lifetime.
The rails are well balanced and very easy to play even at 8*.
(It is lighter than the current Otto Link 7*) Please try the greatness of the vintage Otto Link.
