It has recently come to my attention that although all of my listings
are available through eBay Global Shipping Program, some items are appearing in
the buyer’s location as “Seller does not ship to this country”. This is
apparently due to regulations imposed by Pitney Bowes at the Global Shipping
Centre, where items listed in some categories are not allowed to be shipped to
the country of destination. This information is not available anywhere on eBay
and customer service staff have no knowledge of this, also these categories are
constantly changing. The issue can usually be overcome by tweaking the listing
to adjust the category or title or other details, the item will then be
available to purchase and ship. If you encounter a problem like this on one of
my listings, please message me though eBay and I will try to resolve the issue.
