This item came in a collection that was stored in the estate of a smoker.

The Legos themselves were completed and openly displayed. 

The dust , smoke and grime that these had from that storage has been removed.

These blocks appear as they should, with no discoloration.  Some may have a light

cloudiness / water spotting (wipeable) from the drying process

The boxes were not stored in direct contact, but were stored in a closet down

the hall from the smoking room.

We have aired the item out, and have also used a dryer sheet to capture some

of the odor.  This item will ship with a dryer sheet to continue the process (which

is very effective, but also very slow)

So again, item MAY have a smell of smoke to certain parts.

The pieces may have an occasional small piece that is slightly tacky from the cleaning

process, but are nice overall, and easy to work with.

That is a long winded way of saying that it is a nice set, but one with

a couple of small flaws, and will be priced as such.

This piece will ship disassembled in large pieces

This set MAY have one or two small pieces that are the correct piece, but not the called

for color (light grey for dark grey, etc).  These may have been swaps by the previous owner.  These pieces (if affected)

will be tiny pieces that are hidden from view.
