CID cal .45 titanium - Tactical pen

Böker Plus - Germany, Solingen

The Böker Plus CID cal .45 is a tactical pen that sets new standards in design and technology. Rainer Wenning, who already developed the Böker Plus Pocket Sticks SO4PRO-K, and the knife maker Thomas Braunagel (BFK) designed it. The use of a bayonet mechanism is revolutionary. From a purely functional perspective, the bayonet mechanism significantly increases ease of use, as neither a cap has to be unscrewed nor the writing refill has to be unscrewed to use the writing insert.

The bayonet slide can be operated just as quickly as the classic push button and ensures an absolutely secure grip when used as a tactical pen, as the thumb can rest securely on the pen head. At least as important in civilian use is the guaranteed satisfaction of the male play instinct through the use of the high-quality bayonet lock. You can now counteract the annoying clicking that nervous users of plastic ballpoint pens experience with the rich sound of the bayonet lock made entirely of metal.

Another eye-catching specification is the Clip Integrated Design (CID). It offers the advantage of being easy to store in a pocket without the need for a protruding clip that could squeeze uncomfortably into the palm of your hand when gripped tightly. The minimally springy clip is dimensioned so that it offers pleasant pulling resistance over the seam of a normal jeans pocket or functional trousers, for example. The body of the Tactical-Pen CID cal .45 is CNC-milled from a solid piece of titanium and combines high-quality elegance and ergonomics with its unobtrusive structure. The titanium version has a finely brushed surface finish while the operating lever of the bayonet catch is polished and is the ultimate pen for all fans of exclusive, stable writing instruments.

This version with revised mechanics is compatible with the Lamy refill M-22, which can easily be purchased at any stationery store.
