This handmade or homemade dress is a beauty.  It’s made of a taffeta-type of fabric, with sheer organza (?) sleeves and skirt overlay.  The bodice has a round collar, darts, and is highlighted with decorative covered buttons.  The waist and cuffs feature a wide grosgrain ribbon in white and pink.  The back zipper is metal. 

The dress is well made, see pictures.  The cuffs and back waist fasten with snaps. 

Overall in excellent condition.  I went over it very carefully, and do not see any stains or holes.  Just to be on the safe side, there could possibly be a loose thread or two, slight fading.  Where the sheer sleeves meet the bodice, I noted a very slight start to possible fraying, very minor. 

I believe the dress was made for a teen girl, it is possibly a junior size. Since the dress has darts, I don’t believe it is a child’s.
