Most of my prices are firm and haggle free. 

The only listings that I will discount or consider offers for are those with a “Make Offer" option on the listing. If the “Make Offer" is on an auction listing, I rarely consider offers below the auction starting price.

I usually post out weekly, within 5 working days of payment. UK parcels are sent with “Royal Mail”, overseas ones go Airmail. If you require any additional service, such as Tracked/Signed For, please ask before paying. 

Owing to the current high proportion of postal, ebay and customs fees, many of my lower value items will no longer be available to overseas customers.

I always combine parcels for cheaper shipping where I can. 

A charge for packaging and ebay postal fees is included in the P&P price. 

Most items are sent bubble wrapped and in a cardboard box as I want you to get your item in the same good condition that I posted it in. 

I use recycled packaging where possible. 

If I significantly overestimate P&P on the listing I will refund you.

I want my customers to be happy with all their purchases from me so my guarantee is ”Satisfaction or your money back!” Return items within 30 days for a no questions asked full refund. 

For antiquities I guarantee they are authentic and of the period stated to the value of the purchase price without any time limit.
