Returns - will be accepted upon approval but return shipping/Insurance will be paid by the buyer. A restocking Fee of 15% is applied if a purchase is cancelled. On certain items, insurance will be either recommended or required.

Shipping - I do combine shipping on same service only for multiple purchases - just add to cart and request invoice. If You select USPS Ground Advantage, the system is NOT combining shipping cost in order to lower cost. If you buy from multiple Auctions. I do refund any overage on the USPS Ground Advantage cost.

Sales Tax - unfortunately, eBay will be applying New York State Sale tax for buyers within New York State.

RMT 4742 Bethlehem Steel #20 Steelton PA Plant GP Diesel, Used

Tested, engine runs forward only, IC board removed, lights, reference photos and video.

IC reversing board had issues, cost of repair from RMT cost more than engine. The unit is set to run in forward as shown in video, It was in storage and ran without issues prior.
