Broken:- Cracked glass
- Bad touch screen.
- Possibly google-account locked... not confirmed but couldn't go past the setup screen due to the bad touch screen to test if it has a google lock. Assume that it is google-account locked.
The IMEI on Verizon shows it has a clean IMEI.
A charger is not included.
