Excellent condition, structurally. The side rails have seasonal splits along with the footboard (see last two photos), which is typical of Ethan Allen furniture produced in this time frame. There is a missing piece of wood in one of the headboard pillars that is not easily visible once assembled. Email if you would like a photo of this area.
Cosmetically, it has the normal scratches, rubs & small areas associated with normal household use. Painted finishes always have more evidence of use than stained wood.
