This FORSHAM COTTAGE ark has been well used and needs a bit of TLC. However it is perfectly usable as it is. I have put a base in to the sleeping bit and chicken wire to the base of the run section to prevent anything getting in. These can easily be  removed if required. Overall the ark measures approx 56" (1420mm, 1m 42cm, 4' 8") long with the run section being approx 40" (just over 1m) long. The base is approx 28" (710mm) wide and the whole thing is around 24" (600mm, 60cm, 2') tall. The sliding door does work and can be operated by a cord from the outside. Please have a good look at the pictures. Viewing can be arranged, these will have to be collection only from very North Norfolk. Local delivery could be arranged at cost. I am also listing a bigger one of these.
