Good condition with small repair on edge of bowl (see last 2 photos). heart shaped cutouts at base, scalloped cutouts at bowl edge. Base and bowl have golden gilded edges. Bowl is 7" diameter, base is 2.75" diameter, item is 4.25" tall.
