MOOTS ROUTT RSL FRAME AND FORK
56CM
2020 YEAR MODEL
GRAVEL BIKE
This Routt RSL was the last built in spring of 2020 before gravel wide. This means this bike can run a road group set like Sram Red or Sram Force and can also run any current gravel wide group sets (Sram Rival, Force, Red) . I rode this bike with a Sram Force road group with a 46/33 and 10-33 chainring/cassette set up. It is built to only use a wireless group set and has standard Moots partial internal routing for the rear brake in the down tube. This makes the bike easier to travel with and has all basic standards listed below.
Tire size:
This frame holds up to a 42mm tire, meaning I rode it with a 38c marking on the tire casing on an Enve 3.4 25mm internal wheel set, which let the tire grow to 42mm with room. That is the max measured tire you can run on this, but it is oh so perfect for so much.
