A very scarce antique 1912 map of Minnesota by the Payne Investment Company for land investment promotion in the state. The map was produced by the Kenyon Company - Des Moines, Iowa. It measures 18 1/2 inches wide by 22 inches long. It is vividly colored, showing all counties, towns, congressional districts and population by town according to the 1910 census. It is in vey good condition with edge and corner small tears which have been repaired with archival document tape. Repairs (on the map reverse) are almost invisible.
