This is a COOL  Vintage Craftsman Cotter Pin Extractor 4319 WF Clear & Blue Handle.  MADE in USA.  Good condition and lightly used.  Shows very light scratches to the clear handle (see pic).  The tip has some light wear (see pic).  NO previous owners marks or etchings (see pics).  Sold As-Is.  Thanks for checking this out.
