We have had many new customers (which is exciting!) who have never purchased online roses. Please be aware of the size of our plants. Because they will be shipped, these plants are not the same 4-5 foot tall roses that you can purchase at a nursery. We know that, and we are not trying to trick anyone! A 4’ tall plant in a large container would cost $60-$75 for shipping alone. Please search other online stores and check out pictures of the size of roses that customers received shown in their customer reviews so that you are aware of standard sizes of shipped roses — we don’t want disappointed customers!

Please be aware that you are ordering a live plant. We take great pride in providing you with a healthy plant in great condition, but keep in mind that the plant will be traveling in a dark box for several days. As such, your plant may go through a period of stress similar to transplant shock. It is only temporary, and new leaves will quickly grow with proper care. Please do research on how to care for the plant you are purchasing.

Peggy Martins are a very resilient rose with few problems, but they are often affected by black spot fungus. We ALWAYS suggest to treat your new plant with a fungicide. Fertilizing your roses with a liquid fertilizer is also beneficial.

While we take great care to package your plant carefully, we cannot control how the postal carrier handles the package. If your plant arrives with significant issues then you MUST notify us immediately (no more than 24 hrs) and provide photos.

These plants are living items, and they need to be removed from the box and tended to immediately. We need to know within 24 hours of delivery if there are any problems (primarily because we have had customers leave their plants in the box for 5 days and then complain of their condition upon arrival 🙃…true story!).
