Item: Vtg 70s Formal Dress Sz Small Prom Bridesmaid Light Blue Floral Lace w/ Jacket

Condition: Pre-owned in good used condition. Please see photos and description for details of this item. There is a snag at the very bottom of dress, assuming from the heel of shoe. (Picture provided) There are a few topical age spots from storage. I did a quick spot clean on an area with oxy clean and the spot came completely out.
