This 'B-Seen' constructor traffic jacket is perfect for those who require protection against foul weather. This jacket does offer great protection being hi vis, waterproof and has a concealed hood to keep the rain out. Being PU coated means waterproof just bounces off the surface. This jacket is also quilted lining with heavyweight filling meaning it will keep you warm in those cold conditions.
