On offer is a lovely example of a cute Steiff mini Bulldog toy. I think this dates from about the 1960s but I can't be sure. Please look carefully at all the pictures as they form part of the item description.

The little dog stands about 11cm tall, and has an overall length of about 11cms (4¼" x 4¼"). His solid head and body are covered in what I think is mohair, and his muzzle is velvet with a stitched brown nose. His head is jointed and moves freely, and at his neck is the original red plastic collar. The metal stud on the collar is a bit rusted. He has brown/black eyes, and black felt ears. There is no tag in his ear.

The dog is in really nice condition. His fur appears to be a bit grubby from handling and storage. He is also a bit rubbed and worn so has obviously been loved.

Despite the minor cosmetic faults this is a lovely little dog. He displays well and will make a really nice addition to any collection.
