We bought this after our repair person suggested that this was the only thing wrong with our previous KitchenAid dishwasher.  We installed it and used the dishwasher twice and then something else on the dishwasher broke (unrelated to the control pad) so we ended up having to buy a brand new dishwasher.  Our loss is your gain.  This is selling on the KitchenAid website for $390 plus shipping.
