This is the Seymour Duncan TB-5 Custom Trembucker.
Wiring: 4-Conductor Magnet: ceramic. DC Resistance: 14.8k Ohm.
The Seymour Duncan Custom Trembucker is an overwound PAF-like humbucker with moderate output.
Using a small ceramic magnet and custom wound coils, this pickup delivers great responsiveness and clarity. It has a bright upper-midrange, which helps notes jump out when playing clean, and provides great harmonic content when playing dirty. The Duncan Custom has a bright, airy, and focused drive. 

Trembuckers have wider pole piece spacing, perfect for symmetrical positioning under the strings of guitars with a tremolo bridge. 
Other features include nickel silver bottom plate, 4-conductor lead wire for multiple wiring options, and vacuum wax potting for squeal free performance.
