HOW IT WORKS?
Every package is tailored to every couple individually. A package includes at least 4 different wedding stationery items. You can choose whatever you need from our list:

You need to order all items together but we will work on your order in stages. First the part you're ready with (invitations i.e.) and we will put the rest of your order ON HOLD until you have all the details or numbers (after receiving RSVPs from your guests). We can also adjust the amounts of different stationery within the price later on.

Your order will be dispatched within 10 working days of receiving payment (Monday-Friday)
and you should expect to receive it:
- 1 or 2 days after dispatch (for orders sent with RM 1st Class Signed For)
- or 3 to 5 days after dispatch (for orders sent with RM 2nd Class Signed For).
It means it takes from 2 to 3 weeks from purchase to get your order delivered.
If you're in a rush and need your wedding invitations or other wedding stationery earlier,
we offer PRIORITY SERVICE which cost additional 50% of your order and guarantees delivery
within 1 week by 1st Class Signed For.

In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during post,
then we take the responsibility and will issue either a full refund or replacement (on proof of damage).
The Buyer is responsible for supplying correct information and spelling.
We strongly suggest to carefully check the wording (or even ask someone else to do it one more time)
before confirmation.
As all orders are personalised, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds unless an error is made by us.
If a mistake has been made by the Buyer, we can offer to make a full reprint of the invitations at a lower cost.
