Every package is tailored to every couple individually. A package includes at least 4 different wedding stationery items. You can choose whatever you need from our list:

First the part you're ready with (invitations i.e.) and we will put the rest of your order ON HOLD until you have all the details or numbers (after receiving RSVPs from your guests). We can also adjust the amounts of different stationery within the price later on.

Your order will be dispatched within 10 working days of receiving payment (Monday-Friday)

and you should expect to receive it:

- 1 or 2 days after dispatch (for orders sent with RM 1st Class Signed For)

- or 3 to 5 days after dispatch (for orders sent with RM 2nd Class Signed For).


It means it takes from 2 to 3 weeks from purchase to get your order delivered.

then we take the responsibility and will issue either a full refund or replacement (on proof of damage).​​​​​​​

We strongly suggest to carefully check the wording (or even ask someone else to do it one more time)

before confirmation.


As all orders are personalised, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds unless an error is made by us.
If a mistake has been made by the Buyer, we can offer to make a full reprint of the invitations at a lower cost.

We generally work Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm.

However as we also work from home so messages may be processed outside these hours but we cannot guarantee it.
