*International Sales: We do not have control over VAT or import/export fees. We only ship internationally through eBay International Shipping. We cannot combine international shipments, only Ebay can do that. No other international shipping will be considered.
****Shipping Information:
Our items are shipped in 9x7x0 hard cardboard mailers with cardstock inserts inside to keep the item from bending. Larger items (i.e. Sheets of Stamps or oversized banknotes) are shipped in 12x13x0 hard cardboard mailers with cardstock inserts inside to keep the item from bending. Our goal is that every banknote arrives to the buyer in the condition it left Riveting Relics, LLC.
• eBay requires adult signature upon receipt to be added to items or orders over $300.
• It is against our policy to ship to an address other than the shipping address provided by eBay. You must change your shipping address with eBay for us to ship to a different location.
• It is against our policy to hold a shipment after payment. Items will be shipped within 1 business day of payment. Anyone requesting their shipment to be held, will have their purchase canceled and refunded.
• If your shipment is lost or stolen by USPS and does not arrive, please contact us before eBay. We will do everything in our power to track the shipment. All of our shipments have tracking numbers and we ship every shipment within one day of payment. If the shipment is not able to be found or a replacement cannot be sent, Riveting Relics will refund 100% of your order.
Riveting Relics, LLC ships by USPS, unless otherwise requested, items usually ship in less than 1 day of payment received. We do not ship to any country that has a prohibition or restriction on the items that we sell.
****Combined shipping policy:
eBay International Shipping: We do not and cannot offer combined shipping on EBay International shipping orders or lots of banknotes over 5. We have no control over the price or speed of shipping when a buyer uses this program. We have no control over import/export fees, prohibitions, restrictions, or VAT.
Domestic Combined shipping policy: We allow for combined shipping of up to 10 like items (for example banknotes) within 10 days of the first purchase. We do not combine banknotes with other items (i.e. Jewelry or coins), as they will be damaged. We will not combine more than 10 items for shipping and a second invoice will be sent.
Taxes: We cannot remove taxes from an eBay order. eBay adds taxes to orders due to the shipping location on file and not by the type of item bought.
Feedback: We leave positive feedback for our customers. eBay recently made changes to the way feedback is calculated. Neutrals now count as negatives. Please contact us if you have any problems with your purchase and allow us the chance to make things right.
