Antique Victorian Brass Leather Travelling Inkwell .                      (MJ381)

An excellent original example in very good condition.

It has its original glass insert inkwell which is not cracked or chipped.

The leather top and body surround is in very good condition with only minor surface marks and scratches .

The brass cover to the top of the glass inkwell seals well and works as designed.

The top lid opens when finger pressure is applied to the leather covered side body - can feel where the button is under the leather surround on the side  .

Dimensions.   Approximately 6 cm in diameter x 5 cm in height.
