This is a 1980 Tamiya plastic model kits and parts Catalogue  that is vintage and hard to find nowadays. Catalogue is complete and in good condition for age but does have marks and creases and some wear and tear, small rips on the covers and age yellowing of the pages. Middle page spread is also loose and there is sticky tape on the spine.

Would suit a collector as these are quite rare.
