I bought this to be a Real Estate Photographer and it just sat on my shelf and I never used it. In addition to being the best Nikon FX lens for indoor of buildings/homes, cit an also be used for landscape photography and Astrophotography, with it getting better results being a Prime Lens than using a wide-angle zoom lens.
With the 1.8G aperture, this is the maximum amount of light for a lens, achieving the brightest image to pop the most.
