Vintage Betsey Johnson Tiered Floral Ruffle Rosebud Swim Dress Made In USA M/L

Marvelous vintage Betsey Johnson longer length swim dress.    Could be worn as a cover up; this is a dress ONLY with no panty/bottoms.    Tiered ruffles.   Black with iconic pink rosebud floral print pattern.   Sweetheart neckline with bow under the center bust.   Built in shelf bra (no padding, nor was there ever any) lined in leopard print.   

In perfect condition with no flaws noted.    1990's to early 2000's era, made in the USA.
