1984 Toyota Land Cruiser BJ60 powered by a naturally aspirated 3.4-liter 3B inline-four paired with a H55F 5 speed transmission and a 2 speed transfer case. ***Updated Price is $23,000 OBO***. Willing to negotiate! Originally a Canadian spec truck that was imported by the previous owner to Indiana. Truck is registered in Texas, but has been in California for the past 2 years. Starts, Runs, and Drives great. Has been garage kept and only highway/city drives under my ownership. Modifications include an ARB front bumper with a Smittybilt XRC 9500lb winch, SOR rear shackles with Bilstein 4600 shocks mounted on a U Bolt Flip from 4Plus Products. Wheels are 15" Toyotas on 31/10.5/R15 Ironman A/Ts.
-Transmission has a drain return line to the transfer case. (bad seal between)
-An aftermarket Water Temp gauge and manual glow plug switch were installed under the previous owner.
-Aftermarket BOSS head unit.
-Aftermarket Front Driver and Passenger seatbelts from Seatbelt Planet.
-Aftermarket steering wheel cover from SOR. -Mobil1 and NAPA Gold Filters used.
Pros:
-Truck was baselined under previous dealership and myself.
-Transmission and Transfer both currently have Redline GL-4
-New belts and hoses with fresh coolant.
-Engine is very dry with minimal blow-by
-Recently resprayed in Toyota 474 (copper metallic). No further information on the work. Paint 7/10.
-All door locks, gauges, and exterior lights work.
-Dash, seats, and headliner are all in great shape.
-Clutch is strong with no slip.
-Knuckle seals are dry
-No Frame Rust, very minimal body rust. (Mostly near rear sill and rear fenders)
-Brakes work well
Cons:
-Transmission has whine when off the accelerator. (Most in 2 and 3rd gear, probably Idler Shaft)
-Leaf springs are aftermarket from PO, rusted and not the correct weight capacity.
-Fuel gauge out of calibration
-Driveline has very slight fluid leaks
-No A/C(factory option). Ambient air blower and heater both work.
-Rear hatch does not sit flush
