Amazing fun vintage 80s dress by Zum Zum. asymmetrical skirt hemline, one layer black tule between layers on skirt.  Color is electric metallic green! The most 80s dress ever! Marked a size 9/10 but best probably for a size small, check measurements shown in pictures. Made in USA. Excellent preworn vintage condition. No holes, tears or fading.
