G-Loomis 9ft 5wt 2 piece GL3 fly rod in excellent unused condition. It was an award at the Johnny Miller Invitational golf tourney in 2005 (as stated on the blank) to a non-fisherman. I bought it from him in 2007 and never used it due to ongoing physical problems (knees and shoulder replacements).
G-Loomis GL3 rods offer performance, durability and forgiveness at a reasonable price. They are very lightweight, incredibly responsive, more sensitive than many rods twice their price, and will help you improve your casting stroke. The pictures are part of the description.
This particular rod is very hard to find. It is a highly versatile size, powerful yet suitable for small through medium trout flies. The balance, in my opinion, is perfect. I just wish I could have used it. A rod of this quality should be used, so I'm selling it to you. Enjoy!
