This set of 2 Portmeirion Botanic Garden 1972 drum breakfast cups and saucers has a few issues but still deserves a spot in someone's beloved collection! There are no chips and no cracks, but both cups do have some crazing on their undersides (see last photo) and on the underside of their handles. The Speedwell Veronica Chamaedrys mug has more crazing than the Heartsease Viola Tricolor mug. There are also some slight signs of wear on the mugs' undersides.

Both of saucers are in wonderful condition, with just a few tiny dots of discoloration on the bottom of one of them. The leaves, flowers and butterflies on all of the pieces remain vibrant, and their gloss and shine are like new.

The cups stand 2.5 inches high and have a diameter of 3.25 inches. Their saucers measure 6 inches in diameter.
