Brand new John Cale BLACK ACETATE Promo CD 2005 (Velvet Underground) Mint Condition, promotional CD has been in my personal collection since it was distributed ahead of the BLACK ACETATE album release. There was no shrink wrap put on these but the jacket is mint and the CD has never been played. Beautiful heavy cardboard and additional CD sleeve (see photos).
