GORGEOUS & HUGE ORIGINAL MARBLED ART DECO FLYCATCHER LIGHT SHADE.

A very large, striking 1930's period British made geometric ceiling shade.

Bold, stepped circular design with raised panels. Thick, heavyweight glass construction.

Pale peach colour with lovely brown and blue marbling on the interior. Casts a lovely warm light.

Original copper hooks and three original brass chains that are included, approx 55cm drop.

Supplied with a new, period correct, solid brass three hooked ceiling rose. Bulb holder and cable not included.

Extremely rare in this size - last two photos show comparison with a standard size flycatcher.

Excellent vintage condition, no chips or cracks. Excellent for 90 years old.

Glass is wonderfully glossy with no damage - antique showroom quality.

A stunning statement piece.

Dimensions:

Drop with current chains approx. 75cm. Can easily be hung to any length of chain, and links can be taken out to shorten the original chain.

Approx 37cm (14 ½ inches) wide and 15cm high.
