How an item suits/fits you cannot be used as a reason for return/exchange/refund. Even the same size of same style from the same brand can vary from item to item; after all manufacturing is not an exact science. Everyone's body shape and personal preferences are different as well. Description:
Oroton Tan checkered large tote in brown / tan. It can easily fit a lot of stuff and perfect for work or travel. Super well made and sturdy.
Condition:
Pre-loved but still in great condition with no obvious wear and tear. There are some tiny imperfections as shown in the last three photo. They are not obvious when worn on (already pretty hard to show in the photos), I just need to point them out for disclosure purpose. The packaging for the pouch has not even been opened.
Clearing out my wardrobe, lots of good stuff on sale! Happy to combine postage. Grab a bargain!

3. 'Scent' of an item or how it smells cannot be used as a reason that the item matching description or returns. It is completely normal for any items to have its own unique scent, e.g. wool items will have faint wool smell, leather items will have some faint leather smell, PU items will have some faint PU smell, plastic items will have faint plastic smell, items have been worn may have faint perfume smell, items have been washed may come with laundry liquid smell, items that are brand new may have the smell come with it from the factory etc. I pride myself in providing great care to my items and sometimes will use moth balls to protect those that are particular vulnerable such as those made of silk, wool, leather, cotton and any other natural materials, so they may come with faint smell of that too. They will, however, go away with time, air dry or a wash/dry clean. On top of that, how each person reacts to any kind of smells is very personal and subjective. If you are super sensitive to smell and/or cannot accept this term, please do not send in an offer, place a bid or make a purchase.
4. Colour of the item in photos will always be a little different from the actual item, depends on lighting and equipment you use to browse.
5. It will be posted in the post satchel and as such may be a bit creased after taken out. However it will look neat again with some wear! Cash on pick up from Mitcham 3132 is welcomed too! Please note pick up needs to be arranged and completed within a week after listing ended otherwise orders will deemed to have been cancelled and item will be re-listed.
6. Once the item has been shipped, any issues with delivery are to be resolved through Australia Post. I'm happy to assist with following up but no longer take responsibility for the item. Stamped lodgement receipt from Australia Post will be kept for 2 years after it is shipped in case it is needed.
7.Please ensure your postage address is correct at the time placing the order and will be available for delivery. Change of address after the order placed is not an available option. This is to protect buyers from frauds that pretend to be the buyers themselves and request parcel be redirected. If the parcel end up being returned to me due to incorrect address, the initial postage is not refundable and the same postage will need to be paid for the redelivery. Thank you for your understanding.
8. Ships within Australia only. For any item exceeds $300 in value, compulsory insurance will be added to the postage; any item exceeds $500 in value, both insurance and signature will be added to the postage. Please do not place a bid or order if you are not happy about this.
9. Buyers with private / hidden feedback, no feedback or less than 20 feedbacks, or not 100% positive feedbacks are not accepted. Orders placed by these buyers will be cancelled. I reserve the right to cancel orders based on feedbacks buyers left previously to other sellers. Apologies in advance for any inconveniences.
10. Packing, testing (when applicable), and shipping process will be filmed at the post office for your protection.
