Offered for sale is this nice covered and sent via airmail in 1939 from the California State Fisheries Laboratory Division of Fish and Game Terminal Island California and sent to the registrar at the University of Santa Clara.  The cover is franked with a 5c Blue Theodore Roosevelt stamp and has a Terminal Island machine cancel.  This will make a nice lot for a collection of California postal history..
